Hello Fort Yates Public School Families, our 7th grade boys basketball team will be playing Little Eagle today. The team will be departing at 2:45 pm and returning at 6:30 pm. There will be one game only. Thank you and have a good day.
Parents, due to extreme windchill forecasted for tomorrow morning and issues Standing Rock is having with heat pumps, we will cancel school on Tuesday. School will resume on Wednesday, Thank you.
Please read this flyer to see where your students go for their first day back to school. If you enrolled them at FYPS they will come to the FYMS building as usual. If you plan to attend the SRCGS please send your student to the High School building on Monday, January 6.
Transportation changes only affect the Fort Yates students, the rest of the routes remain the same.

Tuesday, November 26 at 1pm there is a Special Tribal Council meeting that will review motion #61 that was passed by SRST tribal council to move current enrolled SRMS students back to their building. It was requested by HEW to bring this motion back to tribal council. Community input is welcomed!

Tribal Ed summer camp Day 3 horsemanship with Leksi Richard Long Feather. He does a good job at telling the story of the sunkanwakan. He speaks the language while he demonstrates and includes history of the horse. We had the pleasure of having Little Eagle school with us in todays activity.
